The Left Luggage service is situated on the Arrivals Level and is open 24 hours a day. Charges apply on a daily basis and are paid at time of collection.

Conference Rooms
A fully-equipped conference hall is located on the Arrivals Level for businessmen short of time. Passengers who need access to a meeting room in a hurry are able to use the 150-seater conference hall equipped with state-of-the-art IT and communications systems.
The Hittite and Cappadocia Meeting Halls on the Departures Level offer full technological facilities for 50 people.

Terminal Operation (TOC)
Any faults in the electrical, electronic, air conditioning, ventilation, equipment, telephones, network, baggage handling, lifts, escalators, moving walkways, passenger boarding bridges or buildings at the Ankara Esenboga Airport Domestic and International Terminal are reported to the Terminal Operation Centre. TOC logs these fault reports and instructs the relevant technical unit.

Masjid
Ankara Esenboga Airport provides a total of eight masjids for the use of both men and women. They are located in the Domestic Terminal in the Arrivals Hall, the Landside Area, the area adjacent to the TAV Gift Shop,
in the Departure Hall and Adjacent to the Gift Shop in the Landside Area. In the International Terminal they are located in the area adjacent to the Landside Gift Shop, on the Mezzanine Floor, and Airside adjacent to the Millenium Lounge.
All of the masjids in the Domestic and International Terminals are open for service 24 hours a day.


Coiffeur
The hairdresser at the Ankara Esenboga Airport is open 24 hours a day.
The salon offers all hairdressing services to both male and female clients.

Health Services
Three separate institutions off health services at Esenboga Airport Domestic and International Terminal.

PORTCLINIC
Sphere of Duties: Arrival-Departure Floor, Domestic and International Terminal and Multi-Storey Car Park, aircrafts which are approached the Gates.
Location: International Terminal, Arrival Floor, behind Garanti Bank.

Having an intensive care unit full equipped and a medical team (a doctor, an anesthesia technician, and driver trained to give first-aid), PortClinic is giving service for 24/7 in domestic and international terminals. In other words, PortClinic is in charge of emergency cases via its ambulances and giving 1st step of health care services by its experienced medical staff and the necessary equipment.

Esenboga Airport Health Monitoring Centre
Jurisdiction: Arrivals and Departures, Domestic and International Terminal, car park and aircraft connected to passenger boarding bridges.
Location: By Immigration desks in offices numbered 801 - 815 on the International Terminal Arrivals Level. The Esenboga Airport Health Monitoring Centre offers immunisations to international passengers. Additionally it carries out public health checks on repatriated coffins.

State Airports Administration Health Unit
Jurisdiction: Apron and aircraft not connected to passenger boarding bridges.
Location: The old Terminal building. This centre offers first aid in the event of accidents and fires on the apron as well as for passengers in aircraft not connected to boarding bridges, in addition to 24-hour medical services, including doctor, health assistants and ambulances.
