Personalized services: “primeclass” CIP Service

The “primeclass” CIP Service, which is a confirmation of TAV Operation Services concept of unlimited service, has been developed with the aim of facilitating every step that passengers take during their journey, within and without the airport. This special service, designed for all passengers, of all age groups and professions, regardless of airline or ticket class, for physically disabled people, the elderly, families with children, unaccompanied children and groups, consists of a professional team that serves passengers who make their reservations prior to their flight.
 
“primeclass” CIP service provides unlimited services to meet all kinds of needs, in all kinds of organizations, starting with domestic and international journeys. It provides a wide range of services, in the form of Prime Pack and Prime Select, and is aimed for passengers who seek comfort at every stage of their journey and those who are racing against time.

Prime Pack
“Prime Pack” is an exclusive passenger service that enables passengers to relax in-between the airport and the airplane. Passengers are met in the airport and/or at the aircraft by a professional and cheerful team and are transferred within the terminal by special vehicles; their baggage is transported and all their procedures are quickly completed through special x-ray checks,
check-in and passport desks. “primeclass” passengers, whose tiresome flight procedures are quickly completed, can rest until the flight and enjoy a cocktail in exclusive halls designed with the aim of providing quality and comfort. “primeclass” provides privileged responses to all needs met within the airport.

Prime Select
“Prime Select” offers personalised solutions through its all-round services, within and without the airport. The services on offer range from aircraft rentals to the use of conference halls, from chauffeur driven transfers to programmed city tours and from car rentals to hotel reservations.

“primeclass” CIP Service also includes all kinds of comforts for “primeclass” guests, ranging from internet access, televisions and daily papers to children's playrooms, carefully prepared open buffets and showers services, at the “primeclass” CIP International Terminal, THY Domestic and International Terminal, Akbank Wings “primeclass” Domestic and International Terminal, Garanti Zone Domestic and International Terminal, Yapý Kredi World International Terminal Lounges in the Istanbul Ataturk Airport; at Akbank Wings “primeclass” International Terminal in the  Ankara Esenboga Airport, as well as in the Tbilisi and Batumi International Lounges.
